Looking for a buddy up for 2 room flat

My name is Shawn, just a chill Singaporean student from Cov Uni doing a placement year now and looking for a buddy to share a house with till graduation starting mid June 2021. Have a preference for a house/flat with only 2 to 4 rooms max.

Kind of introverted but can be really sociable if we get along well, looking for a housemate who is clean and tidy like I am. Always respectable to personal space and don't have many qualms about my fellow housemate (current housemate plays the drums and its cool).

Personal interests include motorcycles, martial arts, snowboarding, F1, surfing and food to name a few.
