Seeking 2 bed flat share Stockport

Have seen a few 2 bed flats/houses that I would like to share with 1 other girl in her 20s. It would be nice to live with someone who wants to be friends, hang out sometimes watching Netflix & cook yummy meals!

I am a book worm, love pub crawls, comedy nights, concerts, trying new cafés.

I am busy working during the week in the office 2 days/work from home 3 days a week.
Looking in the areas of Stockport town centre and Edgeley.

Would split the rent & bills equally.
Ideally the rent would work out about £425 maximum but probably less & £700 including all bills. Have seen a few lovely places in the area online, can send links to them on Whattsapp.

Things to note
Not looking for a house share, sorry as want to share with only 1 girl.
It’s important that the potential flat mate respects privacy and isn’t overly noisy during the week.
Good to have someone who works a 9-5 ish job so our schedules don’t clash.
