Friendly creative professional seeks flatshare

LANDLORDS AND AGENTS, PLEASE READ: I have a dog and am not looking to move until mid-June.

I am a writer and creative technologist founding a startup at the convergence of art, tech and gaming, based at Somerset House.

I need to vacate my flat in June so am looking for a buddy-up with some friendly creative or tech people who'd like to share with me and my lovely blue and white whippet, Cal, lover of all people and most dogs but likely tricky with cats.

I vibe well with friendly, relaxed, people who keep things clean together, communicate well and enjoy catching up, but also have their own things going on. I am very work-focused and not looking for a party house, but happy to socialize, visit galleries etc. together sometimes and enjoy friendly conversation. I really value ease of interaction at home.

I am an experienced flat-sharer, and enjoy maintaining a relaxing, considerate environment and cooking for my flatmates on occasion (mostly vegan). Other interests include personal development, entrepreneurship, fitness (dance, boxing, climbing) art, theatre, film, and generally what's going on in the world. I speak fluent French and German and bits of other languages, including Russian. If you're creative too - whether in the arts or entrepreneurship, that's a bonus!

Ideally I'm looking to rent a large, comfortable double room in a 3-4 room flatshare

I'm open to South West, East or South East, spending up to 1,000 pcm before bills, but will look further afield for the perfect place/people.

My primary requirement is space for a workstation and books - probably in the bedroom - without being too cramped. This doesn't mean I'll be a permanent fixture at home as I'm often out to see clients or working at Somerset House, but I need to be able to work late from home if necessary.
