Looking for somewhere new to live!

Hiya!

I'm Fiona, I'm a 24 working professional who is looking for somewhere new to live. I currently live in Maldon, however, I have just gone through a breakup and now need to move out of the house I'm in with my ex-partner. I currently work in Basildon, but I am transferring to Colchester for work on the 26th September! It would be ideal if I could find somewhere to move to for around that time.

I'm not looking to spend any more than £600 including bills, if anything I'd rather slightly cheaper and parking is required. But if the room, area and person(s) are a right fit for me, then I'm definitely interested.

I'm really friendly and respectful of other peoples space. I like cooking, going to the gym, the outdoors, travelling and socialising with friends. I'll always be tidy and want to live with someone who is tidy too! I'm more than happy to live with someone who has pets, as I love animals. I do shift work, but I only do earlies (0800-1600) and lates (1300-2200) so it means I'll sometimes be on rest days over weekdays and I'll sometimes be working over weekends - it's a 9 day pattern (three lates, three earlies, three rest days), so it changes every week.

** I'm less interested in living with a live-in landlord, as I've had a bad experience with this and it can often lead to feeling quite restrictive in what you can do. I'm looking for somewhere that I feel comfortable and feel as though I have my own independence/freedom.**
