Seeking a ROOM in or near Grange Villa (DH2 3LW)
I am seeking to spend a week or two in the DH2 area from around 21st Dec 24 to oversee refurbishment work on a property I recently bought in the area.
I am 62, male, and a Professor of Strategic Operations Management
My ideal flat/housemate would be considerate, matured in nature. Though friendly and very tolerant, generally, I like it quiet and clean, as I do a lot of reading and creative thinking in my Engineering work. This said some smooth rock jazz music playing at a very low volume does not hurt at all :)
