2/3 bed In Canterbury and or join a house share

Colin owns his own roastery and coffee shop called Fond coffee in the canterbury town center.

I am a part-time lecturer and a freelance artist. I generally work for all sorts of art organizations, venues, and companies across the country. Currently working on a long-term project for Arts Council England, Boundless Theatre, and Lowry Theatre.

We are looking for a nice three-bedroom place in Canterbury with a rent cost of between £400-550pm per individual. Above 550 if bills are included is also ok.

A combined budget for 2 people might look like this: £800-£1000
A combined budget for 3 people might look like: £900 - 1300

We are looking for a 2 bed apartment or to join a house share.

We are relaxed tidy individuals who regularly enjoy socializing. We like to keep ourselves busy in the evenings with friends and activities.

I love theatre, arts, film and eating good food. We like rubbish jokes and silliness here and there. I am an avid swimmer and meditator too. Colin enjoys drinking red wine in the evenings, cooking, and well - he LOVES coffee and is an expert in his trade.

We both are open friendly people and would welcomingly enjoy including you in our past times but also understand and respect people who like their own space.

Easy going is the word for it.
