3 students looking for a housemate

Hi! Me and my friend Vanessa are about to go into third year at Uni of Leeds. We're looking for some people to join us in finding a house for the 1st July. We'd like to live in a house of 3 to 5 people in Hyde Park, Woodhouse, or anywhere else not too far from uni.
We'd also be happy to join a house with 2 rooms free.
We're both friendly and sociable, and would love to have a house of chill people who can have fun together! We love a night out, but will also need to get our heads down for our last year of uni. We're not too loud or messy and will respect your personal space.
I'm vegetarian, so if there's any fellow veggies out there who want to join and cook together that would be great!
We've set our budget at £120pppw, bills included.
Students and professionals are both welcome to join us.

Update: We're now a group of three - two girls, one guy - looking for one more person to join us in a 4 bed house. We don't mind if it's a guy or gal that joins us. Please message if interested!! :)
