Looking for friendly houseshare
Im Sam, 33 working full time in a children's centre based in Hackney.
I am looking to move as my current landlord is taking back the property I am in for renovations.
I would like a friendly, social house where we can share a drink or have a meal together every now and then, I dont just want a room to sleep in.
Preferably somewhere that is relaxed to come home to in the week, as my job can be quite intense, so definitely not a party house!
Ideally somewhere with a living room/ open plan kitchen - living space.
I enjoy music and going to gigs and festivals, cooking, trying to exercise and socialising with friends, as well as a good trash TV binge with wine!
I am currently in Stoke newington and like the area so looking to stay nearby, n16 area or surrounding.
