Mature student seeking chilled house

Hi I'm Katie, I'm doing an MSc in Planning at Sheffield Uni and I also work as a community gardener. I'm looking for a place in a friendly home, Preferably a nice house, with character and some green space nearby.

I like a laugh and drink but I also like to have a peaceful routine and get lots of sleep and will be pretty busy with the masters I'm doing. I´m new to Sheffield and I would love to live with people I vibe with.
I like cycle touring, meditation and other wholesome, fun things. I have great communication skills and this is something I really value. I´m responsible, clean, tidy and highly respectful of others´ needs and boundaries.
