Hi looking for a single/double room or studio flat preferably unfurnished as have some things I'm disabled and on long-term esa and pip so owners must be willing to except that, I consider myself to be a trust worthy person and take pride in looking after my places I rent I'm also happy to help towards bills if needed and happy to pay more deposit if lanlords are unsure thanks for read hope to hear from someone soon
