I have recently moved here for work and I’m looking to find myself a nice base of operations.
I work every other weekend and I’m usually out of the house from 6am - 7pm. I have a car and don't mind commuting so a parking space would be ideal.
I’m friendly, easy going and willing to socialise with potential housemates however if that’s not your thing then I don’t mind keeping to myself.
If you’re after a clean and courteous housemate / tenant with an added bit of northern charm for good measure, then I’m your guy.
