Flat/House Share for at least six months

I work in tech for an online food retailer, I’m a local councillor and a keen cook. I own a house in the Valley, but I’m looking for a friendly room to rent in or near Caterham, ideally for up to six months.

I’m looking for a large single or double room in a house share with other professionals and a calm, respectful atmosphere. I’ll need to commute back to my house regularly, as that’s where my office is, so I’m after a reliable home base rather than just a bed for the night.

I’m clean, considerate and fairly quiet, though I do enjoy a good chat. I have a keen interest in cooking and baking and am happy to share food, and I enjoy the odd drink at the pub or a coffee in town. I’m used to shared living and I’m very mindful of other people’s space and routines.
