Hi, my name is Jolene (Chau Le). I’m a Vietnamese 30-year-old that lives for music (seriously, I left my well paying advertising job to finish a master in music business in London). I adore cats, dogs, too, since my partner is a dog person 👀 and any other cute animals. Right now I’m doing a few part-time/ freelancing work in music venues such as Merchandise assistant at the O2, Ally Pally, The Palladium, Wembley Arena etc & FOH @ The Apollo Hammersmith, and some other freelance gigs/ marketing, management services. So you might not see me during the evenings, weekends. And even though I’m trying to get a 9-5 job in the music industry, I’m still going to gigs and festivals quite often. (that applies for both of us, actually)
That being said, overally I’m an introvert person so I’m quite chill and stay at home as much as I can if I’m not working. I’m very mindful of other people’s space and try to clean up as much as possible. I sometimes cook, though Tjoe cook more than me, I think between us we have quite a balance of flavourful Asian & clean healthy diet…
Tjoe Man Cheung (40-yro) is an incredible guitarist & bassist from Hong Kong. He works a lot during the evening, going from venue to venue or studio sess, otherwise just stay in and practise (w reasonable volume and before 10pm ofc). I assume we’re quite friendly mature people that like to chill at home and chat with our flatmates and friends, but we don’t drink aha so you won’t find us at parties aha if that makes sense.
