Clean Tidy Mature Professional Male

I am a 52 year old hard working professional working up in Kent (and have done for past 30 years) during the week.

I'm ideally looking for a nice well presented room in a friendly family home preferably with an en-suite / private bathroom, though this is not a priority.

Though private, I am personable with a kind caring and considerate nature. I am also exceptionally clean and tidy, treating the place with respect like my own. I rarely drink – only socially, and don’t smoke.

I am currently renting a room within someone's flat in Tonbridge but unfortunately due to the landlord passing away and his next of kin having decided to sell the property, I have to vacate by the end of October so desperately seeking somewhere. A Mon - Fri let would suit well as I'm away most weekends.
