All female house wanted

My daughter is 16 and going to Wyke college for two years from September. Weekends she comes home but the room is required 7 days for up to two years.

She needs an all female house within a bike ride from Wyke college. Furnished or unfurnished. Ideally double but will consider single.

Very mature, respectful and independent, her ideal housemates would be undergrad, postgrad or professional. She has a paid employment and has been brought up in a professional environment. She can cook and clean.

Cannot live with smokers or loud/noisy/disruptive students.

She loves cats, music, theatre, criminology, psychology and kdrama. She is friendly to LGBT and autistic disorders, and she is highly supportive of people with disabilities.
