I'm Dan , 32, currently living in South Wales.
I am looking for a room in Stafford or Wolverhampton and the surrounding area. Preferably anywhere within' a short travel or walking distance from the town centres.
I am relocating in February as I would like to find full time work in Stafford or Wolverhampton.
I have enough savings to pay for rental fees so if you demand 2 weeks upfront rent in advance I am willing to do so .
I've set my budget at £360 a month willing to negotiate further on this.
