Large en-suite double with room for a desk to WFH.

Hi, I'm looking to head North and looking for, ideally a double room although would consider a single with en-suite/own bathroom. Happy to consider house share, flat share, studio or full property options. I work primarily from home so would need somewhere with room for a good sized desk to accommodate my PC and home working kit. Access to garage, loft or some sort of storage would be beneficial for a few bits but not essential and would need somewhere with parking.

With the working from home and being into my PCs/gaming, a good internet connection is essential and would be happy to put in my own connection if an option.

Would prefer to share with one other flatmate or a couple. I'm clean, tidy, respectful and friendly/sociable but do also enjoy and appreciate the need for quiet/private time.

I've said Yes to smoker, but am actually a vaper but happy to not vape indoors although somewhere with an outside space/balcony would be great. Obviously being able to vape in my areas of the property would be a bonus.

The head office for my current (relatively new) role is in Leeds so looking to move closer to reduce the commute when I need to go in but also because it's an area of the country I'm completely unfamiliar with so would like to explore a bit and see what Yorkshire and the North has to offer (currently Oxford). I have picked some locations I know of in the area but with no regular requirement to be in the office anywhere with a maximum commute of 30mins-1hour would be considered.

I work in IT so unsurprisingly enjoy my computing/gaming, but also enjoy walking, going out to eat, films.

I need to move on this fairly quickly so need somewhere available back end of July at the latest.
