Looking for a room to rent Birmingham area
I’m not 100% sure how this works as I’ve never rented a room before.. I would need the room for about 6/12 months but any length will do for the time being finding a room for the right price is a nightmare all benefits only!? I work away a lot as I’m a electrician so I wouldn’t be at the property much, But I do need a base for mail and for the odd occasion I’m not working somewhere out of brim easy money on the landlords part happy to pay a deposit if required.
