Looking for room

Hey, im a super laid back person whos happy in my own company as much as with other people. Currently getting into carpentry work so i would be away daytime monday to friday. Usually tend to be out a lot, especially during weekends as im heavily into sport climbing and outdoor longling. If thats your thing too, then always happy to have a new adventure buddy join. Cleanliness is key. I will tidy after myself. Might leave the odd plate or cup on the side if im busy and rushing, but it will get cleaned a few hours later, or worst case by the end of the night. Also do my fair bit of chores to make sure the place doesnt look a tip. Ideally, would like a room with a double bed, and enough space for a worktop that can hold a tv on, and enough storage space to keep my climbing/longline euqipment, as well as my carpentry tools (preferably other space in house tk keep tools as there will be fair few). Am super friendly and easy to chat to!
