Friendly Professional Looking For Flat-share!

Much like everyone else here I am looking for a clean, welcoming and considerate space to live! My budget is £1150 (incl. bills).

Looking to move in before the start of August!

I am a 27 year old South African who is moving to London this week! I am taking up a position in a Fintech Startup and would love to live with other driven professionals - who of course enjoy relaxing and socializing a bit after work!

I have a group of friends as well as a long term partner based in London so it would be great if you have a group of your own friends already, however I am really easy to get along with and hopefully we get along really well as more than just flat mates.

Must haves:
- centrally connected. My work is in Holborn so somewhere that connects easily by bike and public transport.
- double bedroom with good storage space
- clean! I am not OCD but I do want a space to live in that is well kept.

Bonuses:
- sharing with a female or guys and girls together.
- flat that cooks together!
