Premium choice of flatmate

Hello, here are some reasons I'd be good to live with:
1. I like cooking and have a habit of making food for more than one person even when I don't mean to.
2. My old flatmate said I have a chilled, calming and reassuring presence that makes for a peaceful home environment.
3. I like things being clean and will obviously do at least my fair share to keep them that way.
4. I have to study a lot this year so although I'm generally a pretty social person I won't be inviting people over to get hammered or anything like that.
5. I might also be working away a few days a week this winter so if this is a 2 bed place you might have it to yourself sometimes.
6. I don't plan on bringing him to the flat but I said I'd walk my sisters puppy every now and again so if you ever want to hang out with a puppy it can be easily arranged.

I'm looking for a place for the academic year and probably a while afterwards too. I'm not too picky on the room size or the location
