Friendly guy looks for friendly flat

Hi,

I'm Zach and I moved to Glasgow to start my training to become a psychologist. I moved here in September and have loved the city so far, but sadly my landlord informed me that he plans to move back into the flat in the new year and so I am to look for pastures new.

I'm a pretty laid back guy to live with. I've lived in lots of house/flat shares in my time and I always get on well with the people I live with. I am partial to the pub, going to gigs, or traipsing up hills in my spare time, with a slow day on the sofa in front of the TV welcome as well. I am planning to start climbing in the new year, and maybe dust of the football boots if I can drum up the motivation.

As I said I've lived in plenty of flats, so am well versed in being respectful of others peoples space, keeping shared areas clean and tidy, and being mindful of noise.

I'm pretty easy in terms of what I'm looking for. I'd like to live in south/west but am open to other areas. I need a furnished room, with space for a desk as I will occasionally work from home.

I would like to live with some similarly friendly/sociable people, with an understanding we all need our own space in the course of healthy flat living.

I'm looking for somewhere anytime after January, and am happy to meet in person before then if needed. Currently I'm not looking to buddy up.
