Looking for annexe or en-suite double room

Hello! I am a student in my last year of university and my partner joe has just started a new job as an openreach engineer. We are hoping to find somewhere to live at least until I finish university next year, ideally would like an annexe but at the very least a double room with own bathroom. Would need to be parking available as we have a work van and 2 cars, but looking to drop down to 1 car by the end of the year, we don’t mind paying a permit on the cars and if need be the van can be parked somewhere else near by. We are friendly and easy going, I have a small cocker spaniel who is very friendly with other dogs and people, he gets a bit excited with cats though as he usually wants to play, so would probably need to be a space with no cats. He is well trained, rarely barks and super loving! Joe enjoys gaming and pubs and I enjoy vegan food and travelling and we both enjoy nature walks with our dog and anything geeky!
