Professional Seeks Room in Friendly House

Hi I'm Jemma. I'm a 39 year old lecturer / business owner, originally from Chester and have been living in London for 20 years.

I have been in my current home for 6 years but my landlord has recently moved back in to the property so I am looking for a flat / house share.

During the week I am either teaching or work from a co-working hub so don't require a WFH set up. Work takes up a lot of my time so on week nights I like a pretty chilled one and an early-ish night. I do however balance work with an active social life so spend 2-4 nights per week out and about.

I’m clean, tidy, considerate and respectful of other peoples space/time. I enjoy being sociable within the home environment but also happy getting on with my own thing.

I'm looking for a non-smoking household with mature, professional housemates. I don't own a dog but love them so it's would be great if there's a dog in the mix :) Not so much a cat person...

A nice bright house with a double room would be ideal. After 6 years in my current location, I'm looking for a change of scene so not picky about an area at this time as I've lived in most parts of London over the years.

I'm a keen cyclist and looking to upgrade my current bike so if there's a safe space to lock up the bike within the property or garden that would be perfect.
