A 03-2026 studio/spare room short term rural area.

After spending 5 years in Britain, in Somerset and on Dartmoor in county Devon, until early March of 2020, I've spent a couple of years in my Dutch home. Ready to pick up my wayfaring again, for 1-2 months at a time, possibly for a long term tenancy, when all goes well.

I'm a happy and active pensioner, fond of Ireland's and Britain's variety of nature, most welcome are coastal areas. I'm enjoying my crafting, writing, and my domestic privacy.

Hence, my preference for a private studio or annexe. Also, an entire floor in a large home with a private bathroom and kitchen is welcome, and a bungalow, a renovated barn, or holiday-home. A short term rent of a furnished living space to begin with.

Sussex' and Dorset's coastal areas, and most favoured now, the West/South/East coast of the Isle of Wight are favoured.

I travel by ferry, and public transport. Coastal areas with roads alongside the sea, are welcome, most easy for bike riding. I won't live near noisy airports, the quietude of nature, village or the edge of town is most welcome.

Also Newcastle in County Down, Ireland, is where I'd love to explore the variety of nature: the mountains, forests, and the sea.

I'm often out and about, hiking, cycling, and gardening. Thank you in advance for your interest, and your advert with photos of the interior, the views, and impressions of the area around the property.

No city-center, airport area, nor a nearby highway and a noisy building site are welcome. A description of the neighboorhood is welcome! I'm a good walker, and user of a free buspass.
