My partner and I are young professionals (aged 26 and 25, both working full-time) currently looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom property to rent in Leeds or the surrounding area (within 10 miles of the city center)

Combined salary - £70,000 to £80,000 (before deductions)
LB - Project Manager / Project Engineer
LP - West Yorkshire Police

Credit history - Clean on both, except for one discrepancy. I am currently escalating with the financial Ombudsman at Lloyds bank for a £9 missed payment. Which is at the error of Lloyds. This can be discussed.

We are hoping to find a home that meets the following criteria:
Move-in date: Earliest 30th May.
latest date: is 28th June 2025.

Parking: Space for two cars on drive or on the street.

Property type: Two bedrooms minimum. We need office space for me to work in

Condition: Modern and homely – we are not looking for properties designed for student accommodation or a shoe box.

Furnishings: Open to both furnished and unfurnished options.

Landlord: Seeking someone reasonable and fair

No Kids

Budget: £1300 with Bills (inc council tax)
Budget £700-£1000 without bills
