Looking for room in Cardiff from 30th May x
Hello!
I’m Jodie and I'm looking for a room to rent in Cardiff from 30th May 2025.
Room Search Logistics: Ideal areas for me would be Gabalfa, Heath, Pontcanna, Cyncoed, Pen y Lan or Roath. I need a furnished double bedroom. I also have a car so would need a parking space/permit (this is a deal-breaker). Ideally I’d like to live with all-females but am open to meeting male housemates too.
About me: I am a full-time sport science PhD student and I work hybrid (mainly from campus and occasionally from home). I enjoy an active lifestyle (walking, weightlifting, yoga) and am really into cooking and an getting into baking. I also love reading, listening to music, watching films and cosy gaming.
As a housemate I am very clean and organised and I always treat any house I am in as a home. I like to be sociable, however I also need a balance of alone/quiet time… especially after a long working day full of PhD information overload 😅. I am always very communicative of this though. I also adore animals so would be open to moving into a house with pets.
