I'm Spanish with open character and friendly

I'm looking for an empty room (or furnished, it doesn't matter) with bills included in the rent and no deposit required. I work nights, from 10 p. m. to 6 a. m., don't usually cook, and rarely use the heating. I do my laundry once a week; I only leave my room to use the bathroom and to look for something in the fridge. I'm a clean and, above all, tidy person. You won't even notice I'm there. I have no problem living with anyone, regardless of race, sex, or religion. I'm Spanish and have an open and friendly nature. I like it when you respect my privacy, just as I respect that of others. I'm a smoker, but I would respect it if I couldn't smoke inside the house. I wouldn't have a problem going outside to smoke.
