I’m a 25 year old working professional. Full time, permanent contract. No pets, no kids I do smoke but understand not to smoke in the property unless permitted. Annually before tax I earn £ 21,131.76 which is roughly £ 1,760 a month. I get paid on the 15th of each month. I can only pay a deposit right now, Unless the move in date is on or around the 15th. I am able to provide a guarantor and also willing to use valuable possessions as collateral. If there is a landlord willing to come to an agreement with me please get in touch.
