Hi - My name is Mike Spink - I am a 56 yrs old seasoned male professional freelance music producer, engineer and mixer, in search of a comfortable living space in the UK for the foreseeable future - So, If you have a spare room, or better yet, a self-contained unit available, I would love to hear from you!

🔍 About Me:

I've worked in the music industry for over 24 years now and in studios all over the world with many bands achieving back to back UK No.1 albums with The 1975 and Jake Bugg etc Other credits include Gaslight Anthem, James, The View, OMD, Amber Run - I've also worked with CircaWaves, Wolf Alice, Lewis Watson etc.

My latest work has been Co-writing Producing and Mixing tracks for up and coming US actor and artist Trev Peacock best known for roles in Beyond Here Lies Nothing (2013), Limitless (2015) and Accidents (2017). I have been working on this project in conjunction with LA Based entertainment giants Bohemia Group.

I bring a wealth of professional experience and a respectful demeanour to your home. I'm quiet, tidy, and a non-smoker. When I'm not working, I enjoy the simple pleasures of life – perhaps we could share a cup of tea or a good conversation.

💰 Budget:

My maximum budget for the room, including all bills, is £620 per month. I value transparency and reliability, so if your listing aligns with my criteria, I'm eager to discuss further.

📅 Duration:

I'm in need of accommodation for the foreseeable really - preferably on a 'roll on roll off' - 6 month tenancy agreement - starting from no later than 21st September 2025. I can move earlier if this suits you best - however, I would have to give my current landlord 1 months notice.
