Couple seeks studio flat or double room

We a couple with a rich history of challenges that created in ourselves a strong sense of cooperation and trust.

We will be ready to move late January 2025 after I finish a Software Development course/remote bootcamp that will allow me to start my career in Programming.

As housemates we both follow the idea of not doing to others what we do not want others doing to us, for instance, we naturally respect silence, keep the ambient clean and tidy and by letting all the way we found them, we are open minded to give help if needed. We also are open minded to socialise sometimes, but only if appropriate, as we enjoy respecting privacy.

In our free time we enjoy travelling by train, going to family-oriented pubs and restaurants, visiting historical sites. We naturally prefer quiet activities.

About our affordability: if we contacted you, it means we have savings to cover deposit + 8 to 12 weeks in advance, it can surelly be a safe buffer as we also have a secure monthly income enough to continue to cover the rents ahead without compromising our personal expenses.

We plan to stay from 6 months to indeterminate.
