Double Rm preferably in equestrian house

Hi,

I'm Gabriella, recently graduated as an Architectural Technologist and looking for a room to rent long term.

I am a Construction Design Manager, however as I am new in the industry i am on entry level pay (hence the £500/month budget).

I am looking for a place where cleanliness and manners are upkept.

I am working in St Albans and on the odd days i would be working from home so fast internet is appreciated.

I love animals, so I would be happy to share my living space and company with cats, dogs, rabbits etc. Unfortunately no snakes or spiders.

I love horses so an equestrian housemate would be a 5star match for me! ❤️

I enjoy vegetarian food but i am not strictly vegetarian. For the perfect place I am happy to cut out meat 100% at any time.

I am a clean and tidy person so a clean uncluttered kitchen would be wonderful and would be no effort to keep it that way with me in the house. I usually leave the kitchen cleaner than when i enter it to cook.

I am polite, generally very happy positive person and respectful of others. I enjoys socialising and know when people need some quiet and peace in the house. I am easy to get on with and described as approachable.

Having lived in multiple places over the years i do prefer light socialisers and would like to avoid severe introverts who wants nothing to do with me in the house, and make me feel unwelcome. This would not suit me.

I believe in good energy and would love to share some with my future house mates.

I absolutely love dogs so dont mind living with them. But i mentioned this above already. ❤️

I don't smoke or drink alcohol and i would like to avoid houses with regular smokers and drinkers (or other substance users) on the heavy end.

I drive and have my own car so remote locations are an attraction for me.

I have exellent references from professionals and other housemates i have shared my living space with.

Please let me know if you have a space for me to settle in or know someone who can offer one.
