Tourism Professional, looking for a room in a flat

I am British looking for room single or duoble in London: west, south west or north in a friendly flatshare. Preferably near to the tube station or rail stations in zones 2 to 5, with at least 2 toilets. Bills: gas, energy, water and wi fi included in the rent. I have good references of ex land lords. To move in 01th april` preferably.
I am very pleasent and calm person working in tourism business speaking spanish and portuguese as well.
I rather to deal with flat owners or Real Estates office staff.
