I am a 22 (almost 23) year old professional working in Manchester so I am ideally looking for flat in the city centre. I work Monday-Friday and tend to WFH 2-3 days a week. Would preferably have an ensuite or own bathroom and I have a budget of around £800pcm (not including bills). I am pretty sociable so would love to have a flatmate who I can be friends with but I do also like having time myself too! I also would like to be able to have friends round occasionally, but ofc respectful of noise or any mess, so I'm looking to move in with someone who would be okay with this.

Ideally I am looking to move anytime from the end of August to end of September.
