Female Professional Looking for a flatshare

Heya, I’m 23 and I just moved up to Edinburgh for my new job, which is hybrid. I’m looking for a longer term double room (longer than 3 months) or someone to buddy up with to apply for flats together. I’m looking for a double room, with a desk or space for one. My budget is around £850/month but I am slightly flexible if needed.

As a flatmate, I’m clean (I love a light cleaning routine to help stay on top things) and very friendly - I’m a yapper! I want to be friends with my flatmate and would be good with having flat dinners, occasional drinks, Netflix nights, etc. I do absolutely love my own space though especially after work, and so I am respectful of others’ space & boundaries too. I’m okay with people having friends round as long as I get a heads up, and vice versa. I don’t have any pets but I do love animals.

In my spare time I like to do arty stuff, watch shows, (try to) go to the gym, and just generally have a laugh. Recently, I’ve been having fun exploring Edinburgh, and not having fun looking for flats 😅
