Hello! 26 year old professional looking for a room to rent/someone to buddy up with for a place from March (can be flexible with dates)! :)

I am a very considerate flatmate, I'm clean and enjoy spending time at home, but also would love to find flatmates who enjoy spending time together in evenings! :) my hobbies include reading, running, crochet, and I'm a big coffee drinker so always up for finding a cute cafe to go sit in! Also like to bake (what more would you want from a housemate ey).

Ideally looking to live in Brighton (Seven Dials) or Hove but open to other areas close by as long as close to a train station.
