I am a published writer, and I work as a bookseller for a bookshop in Dudley (Saturday Books) and I'm a welder by trade. I am looking for the right accommodation for my dog and I (small, quiet, border terrier, house trained)
I can give a character reference from an estate agency if needed.
I have the money for the rent and deposit, I'm interested in this property and would like to set up a viewing and move in as soon as possible.
I am receiving Universal Credit and will receive housing benefit.
