Professional looking for dog-friendly home (1 dog)

Hi - I'm looking for a double room in a relaxed, friendly home with my lovely 8-year-old dog. (Furnished or unfurnished.)

I work from home two days a week (the other three at the office in Cheltenham). I have my own desk if needed. Happy to dog-sit any other resident dogs on those days and take them for lunchtime walks!

My dog's a rescue and he's quite nervous. He really loves other dogs and can easily live with them, but takes a while to get to know people. I don't think he could live with a cat.

I work in animal welfare and he comes to the office with me, so he wouldn't be home on his own very often.

We're sometimes out with our human and canine friends, but when we're not out, it would be great to have a shared living room.

The location's flexible. It just needs to be in commuting distance of Cheltenham - Stroud, Stonehouse, Nailsworth, Tewkesbury, Brockworth, Churchdown or suburbs of those areas would be good.

Off-street parking would be a bonus, but on-road is OK too.

I'm easy-going, helpful and considerate as a sharer - I've never had any issues with previous housemates.

Until recently, I rented the same house for 8 years. I'm currently staying with a friend, and can move now or when the room is available.
