Looking for room near Dunkeld/Perth 2025

I do part-time work and part-time study, guaranteed income from both sources.

I travel a lot and I'm looking to move close to family from May 2025 until roughly October, but can stay shorter/longer if necessary. For a good place/price, willing to start renting sooner.

Looking for furnished own room and access to kitchen and bathroom (shared OK), preferably a desk or table for working. Need wifi. Parking ideal. Flexible otherwise.

Plenty of free time to help with day-to-day house work. I'm a little and often type of worker!

Ideally will consider pets (small, well-behaved dog) but not necessary.
Moving out from family home, so I won't have any professional references for renting unfortunately.
