Room needed Jan 25 onwards PR4+15 miles area

Hi,

My name is Adam and I’m a 32 year old, male professional.

I am starting a new job in the Warton, Lancashire, PR4 area in January 2025.

I am looking for rent a room in the area within distance of the work location (15 miles max), with parking, with bills included. Budget of £400-600 would be ideal but happy to look at all options.

I start my new job on 27th January 2025, so ideally need a room available no later than 20th January, but must be from January.

Obviously given a rent period would be beginning of month I understand if rent payments begin the beginning of January before I arrive!

I am clean, tidy and don't make much noise. I enjoy cooking, sports, being active, socializing and adventure. Being new to the area it would be great to share accommodation with similar people with a good friendly vibe!

I have shared student and professional housing before so I am no stranger to pitching into shared household responsibilities and respecting others space.
