Looking for one bed flat/studio/room

Hi,

I'm a Software Engineer, I currently work with Google and will be in the city centre five days a week.

I can provide references, a guarantor and as I was about to buy a flat before moving to Manchester, I can pay in advance if needed.

I'm quiet and tidy, I do enjoy going out and seeing friends, and I love coffee shops and vintage shopping on the weekend.

Outside of that I ride a motorcycle, have lived in multiple countries, have been a firearms instructor and taught Chris Martins kids in Texas. I love to cook and enjoy powerlifting.

Ideally somewhere with a desk and good internet with bills included within the price, can be flexible for the right place.
