Looking for an accessible Room in Scotland

I am a professional female aged 42. I am looking for a double room. I am available to move from 31/10/2024 and have a budget of under £600pcm but might have to go over if necessary. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between 34 and 46 years old.
Moving to area to work remotely as a civil servant and as a glassartist and jeweller with my own business.
I am considerate, tidy and have a good sense of humour! I am disabled with Long Covid fatigue, but hoping the fatigue will eventually go with time.
I can't afford a lot of the obscene prices in Edinburgh but I would like to move back there as I did my degree at ECA and my best mate loves in Edinburgh. I also have family in the area. I'm hoping there are people who aren't charging more than what's needed for a room, who can see that I'll be a good tenant and pay what I can. I have a fantastic reference from my current landlord where I've lived for 9 years.
My current rent in Bristol is £485, but he's selling all his properties. Please help me find a home in my time of need.
