Searching for Room close to Durham centre

I am looking for a furnished (single or double) room close to the centre of Durham (10-15 minutes to the railway station) to rent for a period of around 9/10 months, bills and broadband included, price range between £450 and £750 pcm. I am a recent graduate looking to apply for PhDs whilst beginning professional work in and around Durham in October as a teaching assistant.
