Peaceful space needed

Hi
I’m looking for my next quiet, cosy safe space. Would prefer a double room, furnished with character and lots of light if possible. Garden and parking too. I’m a female who is gently (or not so gently) sliding into semi retirement. I do still work part time in a job I very much enjoy. I love socialising but also love my quiet alone time to recharge. Tidy, respectful bundle of energy. I’m interested in everything (well nearly everything😁) no preference on age or sexual orientation of other house sharers. Just as long as there is mutual respect and understanding.
Looking ideally within commutable distance of Matlock & Chesterfield.
Not near Derby or Sheffield central.
Up to a maximum of £600 pcm inclusive of all bills, for an en suite. Just a shared bathroom, up to £550 pcm.
