Looking for a Room – Professional Female Tenant
Hi, I’m looking for a room to rent in London! A little about me:
🐻 Who I Am: I’m a female professional working in marketing near Liverpool Street. I recently finished my master’s degree in December 2024.
🧌 Living Style: I’m quiet, tidy, and respectful of personal space but also happy to socialize, cook together, or just hang out. Most of the time, I either stay in my room watching sitcoms or go to the theater. I don’t smoke or have pets, but it would be great if you have pets!
👥 Guest Policy: I’m single and won't bring people over randomly. Occasionally, I might have a female friend or two over for dinner or a short stay (with prior discussion).
🍳 Cooking & Cleaning: I love cooking Chinese food and always clean up after myself. I have years of experience in shared living and take care of shared spaces.
Room Requirements:
✅ Double bed
✅ Large wardrobe
✅ Desk & chair
✅ Less than 10 min walk to a tube station
✅ Preferably south-facing with hardwood floors
✅ If shared bathroom, there must be at least 2 toilets
✅ No live-in landlords
✅ Budget: £850 bills included
🌈 Preferably all female or LGBTQA+ household
📆Move-in date: 28th February (can be discussed )
