Although I am 65 I still enjoy the same things as I did when I was younger. I get on well with people of any age or sex. I do not like people who talk too much 🤣 It's good to be able to hold a conversation and not just talk about one self but be able to listen to others others also.. I would like a potential flatmate be clean and tidy and pull their weight with any chores in a shared living environment.
