Hi, I'm Elle! Moving back up north and saving to buy a house so looking for a house share. Ideal rent £450-£550 inc all bills. Considerate and clean housemate. WFH and spend some evenings out with friends / hobbies. Enjoy socialising and me-time in equal measure. Appreciate people making use of earphones after 22:00 PM but don't live like a nun myself! (i. e. try not to make excessive noise when returning late or early!) Flexible with facilities and furnishing but do require a lock on my bedroom door and access to both a washer and dryer on site, as well as parking nearby. Have decided, based on past experiences sharing, that I will need an en suite. Don't have pets but love most furry animals! I keep communication open so everyone feels happy and comfortable in their home.

Update: I'm leaning towards multi-occupancy house shares.
