Looking for a flat or a buddy up for one

Hi, I graduated this year and I will have my graduate job in Darlington as a research analyst starting in early January.

Ideally I’d like to live either there, or around Newcastle city centre with 1-2 other people to either form an apartment, or join one.

I’m a clean, driven, and hardworking person who doesn’t smoke. I’d love to pair with someone who would be willing to go out and do things together, whether it’s gym, grab food, go on walks, or even travel in spare time.
