A bit about myself: I am Bijan Jalalian. I am 27 years old. I am a veterinary surgeon who recently got offered a new job in a veterinary hospital in Runcorn. As my new job is starting in December, I am now looking for a nice place to live.

I am a tidy, responsible tenant with a history of maintaining good relationships with previous landlords. I take pride in keeping my living space clean and quiet, and I am respectful of others’ space and property.
