I am looking for a large single or double furnished room, must be non smoking but otherwise I am flexible regarding flatmates, pets etc. I am a quiet 54 yr old professional, I work as a lecturer at a University in Birmingham. I have my own car so need parking either on road or driveway. I am looking for an initial 3 months then extend if everyone is happy to do so.
